Creating an account
Sign up, test the system, and apply for live access only after the integration is working.
Order of work
- Sign up. This opens your merchant in Test mode.
- Test. Run payments, status checks, refunds, and webhooks until the integration is behaving the way you need.
- Apply for live access. Do this only after testing is going well. Live mode stays closed until VenPays approves the application.
Sign up
- Open the VenPays dashboard and choose Sign up.
- Enter your name, merchant name, email, and password.
- Sign in with those credentials.
Signup creates the merchant, a Test profile, and the default test connectors. You can use the dashboard and the Payment Engine in Test mode immediately. There is no separate registration wizard before testing.
